T-3 weeks! Start thinking about your video submissions

Whether in a team or competing alone, at the end of Beyond Blockchain, all submissions will need to include a three to five minute video that explains not just their solution, but also introduces the team who hacked their way to creating it.

Hot tip. While you’re working on your submission start thinking about your answers for the video. That way, when the time comes to film you’re not in a rush. This will help make your answers well thought out and clear in your delivery.

Here are just some of the questions that need to be addressed in each video submission.

  • What are you passionate about?

  • How can developers help make the world a better place?

  • What do you think blockchain can do to build a better future?

  • Tell us about your project?

  • What problem were you solving?

  • Why did you build this solution?

What else is required in the video? An application demo that clearly explains the features and functionality of your submission.

You might recall, that at the start of Beyond Blockchain, we shared detailed requirements for the video. You can view them here. Should you have any questions, please contact us at hackathonsupport@block.one

Keep on hacking (and connecting with others)

If you haven’t joined yet, the Slack Channel is the perfect place to get started by connecting with other developers.
